The York Old Brewery Information
Here are our principal booking conditions, together with some useful information to assist you in planning your self-catering holiday at any of our three apartments in the York Old Brewery in York city centre.

Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday, or Monday to Monday all year round. Arrivals are from 3.00 pm and departures by no later than 10.00 am when the cleaning staff require access to the apartment. Short breaks are from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. Balances must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. This can be done on-line via www.fieldhousefarmcottages.co.uk/payments, over the telephone by card, via BACS Sort Code: 40-51-62 Account no. 47491295 Field House Farm (Sewerby) Ltd. please identify apartment and your surname, or by cheque made payable to Field House Farm (Sewerby) Ltd. If the booking is made within eight weeks of arrival, full payment is required immediately.
- Guest information
The names of each guest should be included in the booking process and the age of any child must also be recorded. An additional guest, added later than the original booking, will require a written agreement with ourselves, the owners and the full party must not be greater than 4 persons.
All prices are in Pounds GB. The rent is inclusive of central heating, electricity, bed-linen, duvets, towels and tea towels. We provide one bath sheet and one hand towel per person.
The York Hop Store apartment is on one floor with wide doors. It is easily reached by a lift which holds up to eight persons. It is also reached by stairs which are just outside the apartment door. In the master bedroom en-suite, there is a generous shower reached by a small step. Secure, gated parking for one car of normal width is provided adjacent to the building. Please contact us prior to booking if you wish to discuss your requirements.
The York Malt House is reached by outdoor steps and is a duplex apartment, so is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Children are accepted from 12 years of age, but children of all ages will require supervision whilst in the apartment.
Pets are not permitted in the apartment.

We do not accept hen or stag parties.
Bicycles may be stored in the cellar area.
