All prices are in Pounds GB and are fully inclusive of electricity and full central heating.We provide everything for your stay: towels, bedlinen, toiletries, a selection of books, games and CDs. All you need to bring are clothes and toothbrush. We also provide a basket of welcome treats. There are many places to eat on your doorstep if you do not wish to cook.
When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our Terms and Conditions of booking carefully as they form the basis of the contract between us

Payment & Confirmation
Please wait for your booking confirmation before making Deposit or Balance payments
All payments, deposit and balance, can be made using BACS (details upon confirmation), cheque, or PayPal (using the link above)
Once your deposit has been paid, we will send you a booking confirmation by post or email, including a note of the outstanding balance, payable six weeks before your stay
Terms & Conditions
For the comfort of all of our guests, the apartment and buidding is strictly non smoking
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets of any kind
Hen & Stag bookings
The apartment is in a quiet residential building; the property is unsuitable for hen and stag parties or large single sex groups
The Old Brewery accommodates a maximum of 4 persons, who must have been named on the booking form
If you book more than six weeks in advance we require a deposit of 30%. with the balance paid six weeks before arrival. For holidays booked with less than six weeks notice, we require the full balance to be paid on booking
Arrival and Departure
The apartment and parking space are available after 3:00pm (15:00) on the day of arrival. To allow us to clean and service the apartment properly, please vacate the apartment and the parking space by 10.00am on the day of your departure
We realise that holiday plans sometimes have to change. It is useful for us to have as much notice as possible if a holiday needs to be cancelled. If you have to cancel your stay we will try to relet the apartment. Where we have been able to relet the apartment for the whole period we will refund the full cost of your holiday less an administrative fee of £25
For a cancelled holiday where we have only been able to relet the apartment for part of the period booked we will refund the reletting fee less an administrative charge of £25. If we are not able to relet the apartment for the cancelled holiday, we will not be able to make a refund. Holiday insurance is advised
If, for any reason, we have to cancel your holiday we shall refund the full cost of your payment with an extra £25. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund
For your safety candles and any other ignited materials or gas appliances are not permitted in the apartment at any time
Prices and Minimum Stay
We reserve the right to change prices or minimum stay period until a deposit has been paid
With regret, we cannot accept children under 10 years old as we do not think the apartment is suitable for young children. We welcome children over the age of 10 but they must be supervised at all times whilst on the premises
A gated car park space for one standard sized vehicle is available for use within the grounds of the Old Brewery (space number 6 only). Please advise us when booking if you require parking. The use of car parking is at your own risk – we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to your vehicle and its contents. Directions on how to find us are available here
Damages and Breakages
Please take care with our property. The Old Brewery is finished to a high standard. Please report breakages on the form supplied in the ‘Oops’ folder. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
The apartment will be fully serviced prior to your arrival. For stays of longer than one week our staff will require daytime access after 7 days to change the sheets and towels, and to clean the apartment.
Upon departure, please leave the apartment clean and tidy. We reserve the right to invoice you if any additional cleaning is required
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, however caused
The apartment is in a small and exclusive residential development. Guests are asked to keep the noise to a resonable level, and to be mindful of other residents, especially between the hours of 10pm (22:00) and 8am (08:00). We kindly ask you not to use the washing machine between these times
A lift (elevator) is available. However, we cannot accept responsibility for the rare occasion it may not be available. Please bear this in mind when booking
Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer but will not be shared with any third parties
